Our process is simple.  We have designed a mandatory four week training programme for all candidates.  Once sucessfully completed, our team of experts will review resumes and match them with the appropriate organization.  Our pool of candidates are your neighbours, friends and residents of the Carmichael district.   Teaming up with the Our Carmichael Job Agency will aid in the initiative of the Change Movement to make Carmichael a stronger, safer more community oriented area.  

 

Our team of trainers will share with candidates about telephone etiquette; extraordinary customer services, time management, goal setting and a host of other subjects.   We envision Carmichael being the example of what it means to be customer and community centric.   Accomplishing forward, upward, onward, together for Our Carmichael and Our Bahamaland.
